I help investors and family offices identify, structure and close complex real estate transactions in Berlin and beyond — from multi-family share deals to buyer-side due diligence on properties with legal or structural complications.
Over 18 years I have built Home Philosophy, an independent boutique practice, moving deliberately away from high-volume residential brokerage toward fewer, higher-value advisory engagements. Recent work includes structuring a €7.7M, 19-unit MFH share deal, leading buyer-side due diligence on properties with active legal disputes, and negotiating a complex €725K transaction through significant procedural resistance to keep it on track.
I am currently deepening my technical foundation in real estate finance and JV structuring through IREBS Berlin, Wharton Executive Education and RICS — building toward a formal capital advisory practice.
What sets my work apart: I do not hand off the hard parts. I manage legal complexity, cross-border reporting and multi-party negotiations personally, which means fewer surprises for the people I work with.
